I'm recording this episode on July 24, which is the anniversary of one of the greatest tragedies of my life. In today's episode I open up about what happened and how it affected me. I then take you through the process I went through to turn this pain into purpose, in the hopes that you can learn to do the same with some of the challenges in your own life, and I do this through the Kubler-Ross grief model. I also talk about Post Traumatic Growth.
