Self-Healing and the Divine Matrix with Gregg Braden

Meet Gregg Braden

Gregg Braden is a six-time New York Times best-selling author, researcher, educator, lecturer, and internationally renowned as a pioneer bridging modern science, spirituality, and human potential.

From 1979 to 1991 Gregg worked as a problem solver during times of crisis for Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco Systems where he became the first Technical Operations Manager in 1991. He continues problem-solving today as he merges modern science and the wisdom of our past to reveal real-world solutions to the issues that challenge our lives. His research has led to 15 film credits and 12 award-winning books now published in over 40 languages. Gregg is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and is active with visionary organizations including the HeartMath Global Coherence Initiative and The Arlington Institute. He has presented his discoveries in over 30 countries on six continents and has been invited to speak to The United Nations, Fortune 500 companies, and the U. S. military.

The United Kingdom's Watkins Journal lists Gregg among the top 100 of "the world's most spiritually influential living people" for the 6th consecutive year, and he is a 2020 nominee for the prestigious Templeton Award, established to honor "outstanding individuals who have devoted their talents to expanding our vision of human purpose and ultimate reality."

This is the second time I was gratefully able to have Gregg Braden on as a guest. I highly recommend that you listen to our first conversation back in April 2020. Gregg has become a mentor, inspiration, friend, and someone who is steeped in science and the facts yet is here to remind us that we are wired for health, wellbeing, goodness, kindness, and resilience. I hope this conversation touching on the topics in his book The Divine Matrix both illuminates and reminds you of your own inner power and healing abilities. This is a time to go deep within and reconnect to our divine nature and inner workings.

You Are Capable of Self-Healing

The amazing Gregg Braden reminded us that while there is a battle of sorts playing out right now for our thoughts around our wellbeing (tune in to hear more), new science is giving way to a new story. I found this fact to be mind-blowing. Here are some amazing facts to consider:

• We are made of 50 trillion cells (that is a LOT of cells)
• There are .07 volts per cell (doesn't seem like a lot right now, but read on my friend)
• This equates to 3.5 trillion volts of electrical potential in our bodies! You read that right! Every cell releases photons of light, just like plants. We inherently possess a ton of inner energy and potential.

We're often conditioned to think our body is weak but the good news is that we have the ability to self-regulate biologically through our breath, focus, movement, emotion, and language. We're a highly advanced soft technology, and we often forget this. Gregg has been studying both the wisdom and principles of Shamans, monks, indigenous elder tribe leaders, and many other beautiful practices from ancient civilizations. When you draw upon this knowledge and our inner power and electrical potential (literally), you realize that we're wired for wellbeing, health, and full healing. I found this information to be highly comforting and great news.

Tuning Into The Divine Matrix

It gets better...we know through quantum physics and much research that the Universe is alive, connected and intelligent, and one that likes us. The fundamental rule of nature is cooperation. Understanding that cooperation is how we are all intrinsically created has positive implications on what's possible for humanity. He shares that there's an emerging philosophy that shows consciousness informing itself through its creation. This is literally a world we can't see that exists in the field of potentiality, or the divine matrix. Gregg had recently connected with an indigenous elder and he was moved by this elder's observation that 'the people of the earth have become lost with their connection to the cosmos, spirit and earth.'

Final Thoughts

We're seeing a lot of fear play out right now, which can be experienced as hurt and expressed as hate. The question to look at is how might we arrive at values we can all share while having sovereignty over our thoughts and bodies. The better we know ourselves, the less we fear others and our own power.
