Though many people turn to substances like cannabis for their “high”, the human system, says Sadhguru, is capable of producing bliss-inducing chemicals all on its own. Activating the pineal gland, he says, is a fundamental part of yogic practices, through which one can be "stoned" by his own nature - without side effects.
