Elizabeth Williams is President of the National Food & Beverage Foundation and Founder of the Southern Food & Beverage Museum in New Orleans, which houses food and beverage exhibits from every southern state, the Museum of the American Cocktail and an extensive library of cookbooks, culinary ephemera and more. Born and raised in New Orleans, Williams was always fascinated by the crossroads of food and culture and shares interesting stories about different food traditions. www.southernfood.org
