On today's show, Tee welcomes Suzy Wood to explain how the integration of healthy practices along all walks of life is vital for achieving a balanced and holistic lifestyle. Suzy explains her journey from global citizen and high-tech marketer to Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Suzy shares how the experience of her divorce and relocation to New York inspired her to make a career pivot as well as overhaul her lifestyle, diet, and social practices.

In this episode listeners will gain a better understanding of how factors such as stress, social anxiety, work-life balance, and proper sleep paired with proper nutrition all contribute to a healthier and happier way of living. In addition, Tee and Suzy share tips on how to detoxify your household in a way that is neither overwhelming nor expensive.

Suzy Wood is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who works with women to get control of their health by analyzing both food and lifestyle choices. After living abroad for over 10 years, Suzy returned to the US, left her job in high-tech marketing, and launched True Wellness Within where she helps people find more balance in their lives, eat better, live better, and regain the vitality they used to have.

Suzy works privately and in small groups to help people achieve their health goals. We look at lifestyle, sleep, movement, nutrition, and more.
