He also owns a Minority General Partnership interest and is a key principal in a 256 unit multifamily community in Dallas, TX. Other investments include being a key principal on a Fannie Mae nonrecourse loan on a 154 unit apartment community and a limited partner in 14 properties across 3,944 multifamily units.
