From VC-courting startups to Fortune 500, she has worked on cultivating remarkable cultures that scale and that help people do the best work of their careers first, as part of consultancies such as HayGroup, Korn Ferry, and PwC – and later as the founder of her own consulting firm, Aga Bajer & Associates.
