I loved this conversation so much as Meagan dives into the healing power of horses and how they raise our frequency simply by just being with them. As they work in the physical and the ethereal & spin the web of the Goddess to call in the clients that are meant to work with them.

Working with horses for grief, addiction, trauma & anxiety.

Sitting with your emotions as opposed to fighting or resisting them.

Leaning into the discomfort.

The horses meeting you exactly where you are & guiding you into your soul space.

Each horse having their own expertise of the areas they work in.

The communication that takes place beyond words

Trauma leaving residue in the nervous system.

The harm that you know sometimes being 'better' than the harm you don't know.

Seeing yourself as a new identity.

Meagan Saum is a momma of 3 spirited kiddos, owner of a 320 acre working/wellness ranch, empowerment educator & entrepreneur of 17 years who loves to travel, spend time in nature, with her family/menagerie of animals as well as relax with a tea & good book.

Her passion as a heart centred Life and  Business Coach & is in supporting individuals find their way home, those that have fallen into patterns that no longer serve them, who feel stuck, exhausted, under resourced or unsatisfied in their lives and/or careers. Inspiriting her clients to find a new found sense of awareness, courage & freedom. Meagan enjoys the medicine of bridging the gap between the world of science & inner wisdom to ignite our resilience and heart to move forward with effective actions in our own personal sense of leadership and goals.
