P2 Network: Advancing Pediatric Point of Care Ultrasound

The P2 network is an international group of pediatric emergency medicine point-of-care ultrasound champions that started in 2014. With the goal of promoting pediatric point-of-care ultrasound in emergency rooms globally, P2 has grown significantly with a focus on education, research, and pushing initiatives in pediatric point-of-care. The group has transitioned from individual focus champions to a collaborative network, working towards impactful research in clinical outcomes. Policy papers, curriculum development, and establishing a supportive infrastructure have been key accomplishments, setting the stage for future growth and collaboration. P2 aims to continue being a resource, providing support, mentorship, and direction for both individual practitioners and institutions wanting to incorporate pediatric point-of-care ultrasound into their practice.
