Welcome to The Validation Lounge inaugural podcast with Sarah Fox.Having a positive view of ourselves and confidence in our strengths and abilities are big factors in how happy and successful we are in life.However self worth is often one of the areas that we struggle with and If we lack this it can have a negative impact on all aspects of our lives and it can determine how well we cope in the face of adversity.Each spisode of the validation lounge looks at what contributes to low self esteem with different professionals who work with people; counsellors, therapists, mediators and coaches, amongst others.In this episode we discuss what contributes to our self esteem and self worth.
