In this episode, Fergus is joined by Ed Jackson: former professional rugby player who suffered a severe accident in 2017 that had him told he would never walk again.

Ed has since done everything in his power to defy this, and went on to successfully stand, and walk at his wedding just over a year later. He has since climbed Snowdon, parts of the Himalayas, has walked the Spine of the UK, and now runs adventure tours with his company: Millimetres to Mountains.

We discuss Ed's formative years, the early stages of his rugby career, the accident itself, and most importantly, the reflections that come from the life he now leads.
