Johnathan Lee Iverson is best known as the voice of the greatest show on earth…Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus. For 20 years Johnathan was the leader and ringmaster of this great show. Until, it closed. You see, Johnathan was the last ring master….BUT, he was also the first.
When Johnathan was chosen as the ringmaster, he was also the very first black person to be put in that role. It took 140 years, but Johnathan broke that color barrier, and went on to be one of the best known ringmasters of all time!
