What is staying in QoF: 
four vaccination and immunization indicators, 
the two cervical screening indicators,
the register indicators 
and the eight prescribing Classification: Official Publication approval reference: C1475 2 indicators
46 points reallocated:
the eight points associated with the new for 2021/22 cancer indicators, 
20 points from the new for 2021/22 mental health indicators 
and 18 points from the non-diabetic hyperglycaemia indicator that was introduced for 2020/21
Rest income protected to 18/19 years aside from DM and hypertension at 19/20 rates
Quality improvement is income protected at paid
Continue to code restarts in April 2022
