Show Up, Be Curious & Listen

In this episode we get into the whole topic of having powerful conversations. These often show up as difficult conversations and therefore we can shy away from them. We wanted to look at what gets in the way for people and what is possible if we saw these conversations as the means to all ends. We look at these conversations in the context of work life in the form of things like one-to-ones and also in non-work life because the possibility of powerful conversations exists everywhere. We cover practical tools that can help people make this simpler and easier. And we also look at what might be the underlying psychology and conditioning that makes it difficult for people to let show and show up fully to the person in front of them.
