Sabrina has noticed some more awareness around her health over the last few weeks. She had an intuition kick out of nowhere that she has not been drinking enough water. She realized water consumption impacts a big part of how she feels throughout the day. Sonia T. has been feeling the same vibe lately. As in, there are big changes upon us and our intuition is acting up to remind us to flow with this change.
For a big part of Sonia C's life, she was a people pleaser. Now that she's become more connected with her intuitive self, people are very rarely able to take advantage of her now. Sonia C. knows how to protect her energy because she understands when her spirit is feeling low.
