I was joined by Vedic Meditation teacher and mother of 20-month-old Indi, Jess Osie. We recorded the session live on Zoom with students of BMC listening and asking the questions.
We discussed how to help children find their dharma (life’s purpose), the role of discipline in parenting, how to navigate around drugs and other social challenges and generally how to help children to be less fearful, happier and more fulfilled.
