Today we're talking to Justin Haskins who has just written a new book alongside Glenn Beck, 'The Great Reset: Joe Biden and the Rise of 21st-Century Fascism'. The wealthy, powerful people who hang around the World Economic Forum and Davos are serious about "resetting" the way the economy of the world works. Justin explains the nightmarish economic system that these people want to implement, called "stakeholder capitalism." Basically, the leaders of corporations and governments will work together to exercise extreme control over everyone beneath them. Things like the Green New Deal and ESG scores are current examples of how this agenda is being implemented in the real world. We also discuss how COVID has been their "golden opportunity" to convince people to go along with the Great Reset agenda, allowing governments and corporations to seize power in the name of health or social justice. Then, Justin says that the Great Reset can still be stopped, but the window of opportunity is closing. He goes over what he thinks people should do to oppose this global consolidation of power. Afterward, we give some biblical encouragement and assurance that regardless of whether this grand plan succeeds or fails, God has an even grander plan in the works and we Christians can rest easy knowing His plan is ultimately for our good.
