Temporarily feeling flat, unmotivated, meh, blah - something that you can usually snap out of with some ease. If you're struggling to feel anything at all or do basic things that usually come easily to you and how you're feeling is interfering in a significant way with your day-to-day, please reach out to your GP or a therapist who specialises in low mood or depression.
