These are 1. The 'Something Bad Will Happen' story, 2. The 'Outcome will be a catastrophe' story, and 3. The 'You won’t be able to cope' story. Using tips from Jodie we're going to teach you how to figure out which one your current worry falls into, and how to take away how much power it has over you.
