Rachel Forbes is a licensed therapist whose approach is holistic, and mind-body incorporated, with an intention of increasing self-awareness and self-leadership. Rachel also practices the modality of therapy called IFS (internal family systems) which is my jam, and which was the topic of this episode. As a Korean American transracial and transcultural adoptee, Rachel offers a unique lens to her therapeutic work and also to adoption advocacy. Rachael is such a kind, compassionate, and caring clinician and it was such a pleasure to have her as a guest!
