Susan Guner, Holistic Psychotherapist driving the Psychedelic Renaissance

Today is a very significant milestone for The G&T Sessions Podcast. And joining the 100th Episode, absolute pleasure to have Susan Guner with us. Susan is a trained, somatic, trauma-informed holistic psychotherapist with a mindfulness-based approach grounded in Transpersonal Psychology that focuses on holistic perspective through introspection, insight, and compassionate self exploration to increase self awareness, allowing the integration of the mind, body and spirit aspects of human experience in personal growth and development. Susan hosts the Psychedelic Conversations Podcast - a UK based educational platform bringing together facilitators of change and transformation in this current wave of the Psychedelic Renaissance. Susan has been leading trauma-informed 6-week group micro-dosing integration programs with community-centric approach where participants are able to experience lasting changes in their mental health and wellbeing. Susan and I have known each other for many years and this was a great way to celebrate the first 100 guests on the show, and some very thought provoking topics covered. Enjoy !!!
