Joe Desena talk with the Swiss Ski team's team mental coach who has over 50 years of martial arts training and is a 7 time world champion - he even won the Arm Wrestling World Cup in 1996. The principles and tactics he's learned he adapted to create mental and biomechanics martial arts training for people with disabilities to conquer their goals.
