Cameron Balser is an ultrarunner and Mount to Coast athlete who recently finished a nearly year-long journey running the perimeter of the United States, averaging nearly 40 miles a day over that time, entirely self-supported. We talk about the challenges he faced, the people he met along the way, and his pair of Mount to Coast R1 that he wore for his last leg, racking up 1,100 miles with plenty of life still left.
