PJ Nestler is my guest this week on the podcast. PJ is a performance coach that Laird and I have the great fortune of working with for XPT and I thought it would be a good idea to talk with him before the Holiday slam, and New Years resolution time.

The idea was that we would talk lists and make all kinds of "suggestions" but PJ got down and dirty on getting honest with ourselves. This show is about the Holidays but really it's about everyday. In fact it's about TODAY and RIGHT NOW. This talk was an important reminder for me and I didn't try to control it I just went where the conversation wanted to go.
