Thoughts on ENFP Productivity, Extremism, and Health

I've been in Belgrade, Serbia for a few weeks. In the process I've been testing out some different approaches around goals, productivity, and fitness as an ENFP.

It's not always easy to have enough self-control and stick to our diet and health plans when traveling, especially for us ENFPs and INFPs. We like to try new things, experience the new place, people...and food, of course!

I want to share some updates on my own diet, big picture thinking, fitness, and productivity.
