Joining us for this weeks episode of the Longevity Muscle Podcast is Jay Brew. Jay Started wrestling at the age of 3 and continued all the way through college. In high school he was a two-time state champion. He was a two-time NCAA finalist and two-time All American. Jay is still coaching to this day. He pursued Bodybuilding and earned his pro card in 2013 at a NMA show and a IFPA show. 2014 Jay made his Pro debut and competed in 3 pro shows and is the 2020 Mr America Champion!
