Alexandra Zauner has been sober for 9.5 years and has used her experience to lead sober retreats, workshops, and coaching programs. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has a passion for building community–hangover NOT included..
This is the basis for her newest venture, Lucille’s Bottle Shop. At Lucille’s, it’s their mission to create more opportunities for people to connect, celebrate, and consume, all without the presence of alcohol. Their brick-and-mortar location (Grand Opening TBD May 2024) makes it easier than ever before to gather together, explore flavors, make memories with friends, and foster the interactions you might think you have to give up when opting out of alcohol.

Prepping For A Sober Summer:
- Have a backup plan. Be okay with leaving if you’re not having fun. Have a friend who knows your plan.
- Look up the NA menu before happy hour. Find a place with options and ask your server!
- Bring your own drinks. There are so many options! Make a fun mocktail.
- Find new ways to have fun. Plan NEW things to do with your friends! Take it upon yourself to suggest something.
