Today, Indian e-commerce largely runs on WhatsApp. The idea for Bikayi was born after Sonakshi made this observation back at home and decided to help small businesses create their online shops on WhatsApp by building their e-commerce channels and interacting with their subscribers.
In the episode, she also tells us why Bikayi has been renamed Bik. In addition, she discusses the company's future and plans for expanding internationally.
