You may not know this about me, but I was not always a fan of diving deep into all of the spectrum of human emotions. My former way of coping with feelings of sadness, anxiety, jealousy, and anger used to be ๐จ๐ซ๐ช pints of icecream, boxes of cookies and the infamous m&ms I talk about in both TEDx talks. ๐ฉ
After many years of doing deep inner work with therapists, coaches, 12-step programs and in my masters degree program in health & wellness coaching, I'm able to now process and experience all of my emotions sans sugar (most of the time).
