About Sarah
Sarah Davies integrative psychotherapist, trauma specialist, and founder of The Rose May Practice in Bristol.
Sarah’s path into this work began in paediatric nursing, where she saw how deeply emotional experiences shape physical health and human performance.
That insight led her into psychotherapy, specialising in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, burnout, and the unseen pressures that hold capable humans back.
Her belief is beautifully simple: every person already carries the resources to change.
The role of therapy and leadership is to create the conditions where those resources can emerge.
Sarah works with adults, adolescents, and high performers who want more than to cope they want to feel alive, grounded, and connected.
She’s passionate about how trauma, attachment, and self-awareness influence the way we show up at work, in relationships, and in life.
In this conversation we’ll explore how she optimises herself, how she helps others unlock resilience and confidence, and the practical lessons leaders can use to build psychologically safe, human-first cultures.
If you care about emotional intelligence as much as strategy, you’re going to love this episode.
