

Contact vs Non-Contact ACL Injuries
Did you know if someone is playing a sport and they get hit in the upper body and they tear their ACL it is not considered a contact ACL injury.
Crazy right? That is considered an upper body perturbation ACL injury. This classification helps S&C coaches sleep better than non-contact ACL injury. Listen to coach Carmen Bott talk about the differences in this clip.
