About the guest: Kevin Chuah, PhD is an assistant professor at Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business in the International Business & Strategy group. Kevin serves as a Research Fellow at the Wharton ESG Initiative. His primary focus in research revolves around corporate governance, corporate sustainability, and responsible investment. His focus is on the impact of shareholder activism on the strategic decisions of companies concerning ESG matters.
