AWS Marketplace Launches Read API and Reduces Seller Listing Fees
The AWS Marketplace has introduced a read API that allows users to obtain details on multiple entities at once. Additionally, the marketplace has announced a reduction and standardization of seller listing fees, which aims to minimize friction for sellers and generate new revenue streams through the AWS Marketplace. These changes are effective as of January 5, 2024.
Analytics Updates for Various AWS Services
Several updates have been made to AWS analytics services. Notable updates include: Amazon EMR Studio availability in the Middle East region, user identity support for Amazon Athena, improved spice ingestion performance with parallel ingestion in Amazon QuickSight, support for all programming languages in Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (Amazon MSK), and the availability of Amazon EMR Serverless in the Middle East region.
