About our guest:
Mark loves to work on leadership development in the context of change. This change can be transformation, innovation, culture change, or systems change. He particularly enjoys working with inspiring and dynamic leaders to address the world's pressing challenges and doing so at scale through the organizations they lead.
As the child of artists, he has learned to take different perspectives and he loves using this skill in both leadership development and business.
In his role at THNK, he focuses on custom programs for organizations in the fields of transformation, culture change, innovation, and creative leadership. He has been teaching at various schools including Berkeley, Columbia, Stanford, and Wharton. He is a regular speaker and facilitator at events and conferences. He is a member of the expert network at the World Economic Forum. Finally, he serves on several boards.
He holds a master’s in engineering from Delft University of Technology, an MBA from INSEAD and he studied Design Thinking at Stanford.
