#027 - Body Image, Identity and Wellbeing

So that’s what I did. I started with a question: “What is body image?” And we took it from there. The talk ranged from puppies to epistemology… from toddlers to your true identity… And at one point it occurred to me to ask a question that had never occurred to me before (this is the brain-teaser)… "If you were to wake up tomorrow morning and discover that your body image had improved, like it was 2x or 5x or 100 times as good… how would you know?" I spoke for 18 minutes, and then we spent the next 40 minutes doing coaching demos.
