Liz is a former teacher who now works full-time as a standup comedian. She's based in Los Angeles, California, and has performed comedy all over the country. She was named one of Ohio's funniest women by Cleveland.com in 2008, as well as winning many other awards. Liz began her stand-up career in Cleveland, Ohio while she was teaching high school, and in this episode, she gets real about the trade-offs she had to make in order to pursue her dream.
