But it yields a life of freedom, joy, victory, and liberty! The Thessalonians were free from sin’s penalty and power. They were free from the fear of men and public opinion. They were free to serve the true and living God! A life lived obediently is filled with joy, knowing that one day we will stand in the presence of Jesus.
