I’m talking today about one of the most common feelings that entrepreneurs experience and that is the fear of missing out. FOMO can disguise itself as nothing too sinister, but it can quickly spiral you into a place of comparison, feeling inadequate and being in a sense of lack.
Being in this energetic state blocks us from seeing opportunities and experiencing business in a way that is playful and so today I’m sharing with you how to allow FOMO to work FOR you rather than against you. When you understand how to rewire your mindset around this energy, you’ll learn how to quickly go from a place of depletion and insecurity to a place of abundance, confidence and expansion.
We are constantly bombarded with images and updates on social media about what other entrepreneurs are achieving in life and business. But that curated glimpse into other people’s lives doesn’t reflect reality. In this episode, I share how easy it is to compare ourselves to other people and why we feel a sense of failure and lack when we spend our energy unwisely.
