1) Describe a learning situation that brought about an epiphany in your career
There is no exercise that is that important, find what’s important to the athlete.
2) If you could ask one questions and you know you would get the answer what would that be and why?
How do I optimize performance for each individual?
How did the world start?
3) What’s your escape?
It’s trying not to spend to much time in the office, and avoid my phone as much as I can.
