The last two years have taught us to be VERY okay with missing out. But we've got to be careful that we don’t get TOO comfortable with it. There is so much research into the positive impact spending time with friends has on our mental health. It makes us happier, keeps us calm and boosts our sense of belonging. So let’s try to balance out our Fear Of Missing Out and our Joy Of Missing Out.
