When you come from a family of psychics and intuitives, it's only natural that you are sensitive and can get emotional at the slightest thing, and when you add hormones or even your natural cycle into the mix, there can be a crazy nuclear explosion happening all at once where you think you're insane. For example, Sonia T. would get them a lot when she was on birth control and Sabrina gets a little 'loony' when she was coming down with a cold.
Hyper and highly sensitive, perceptive, emotional, and reactive; these are all keywords that come from being an intuitive being. Sonia T. and Sabrina have noticed it within their clients who first come to them completely numb and disconnected. And when they finally connect to their spirit, to their body, and to their emotions, their reactions are intense! You need to move through these stagnant emotions that you've suppressed for a long time.
