Leading with Impact – Dr. Elise Rigney

Chiropractic leadership from a chiropractic assistant to chiropractor to successful associate to successful chiropractor to multi-doctor practice to multiple practices.  Elise Rigney has been on a trajectory of growth that seems like it's just beginning to pick up steam or just coming out of the station. Dr. Elise Rigney is a home-grown Mile High heroine. She runs a tremendous, multi-doctor practice in Fort Collins, Colorado, impacting her community with excellence and quality care on a daily basis, based on ChiropracTIC principles. Dr. Elise's goal is to build up more confident, female leaders in the profession. She starts with that mission in her clinic. She has cultivated a team of six female DCs and they are changing lives at Impact Chiropractic.

 

In 2020, Dr. Elise was voted BizWest's Top 40 Under 40.  Her clinic also earned First Place in Noco Style's Best of FOCO.  They also have held Top 10 Chiropractors in Colorado for 6 years running. After receiving an immense amount of outreach from Chiropractors looking to successfully build a team of doctors in their practice, Dr. Elise launched

ChiroIntensive, a 4th Quarter Intensive for doctors who have already achieved financial success and are looking to release the burnout and build a team of doctors to care for their practice together.

 

Dr. Elise is also a wife to a super-supportive husband, Rocky, and she is mama to three - Sloan (6), Stella (2), and Ford (10 months).

 

Elise has joined the Mile High MC team.  She’s attended all 10 years of Mile High as an attendee, speaker, participant, and now MC. In this episode, you’ll hear Elise discuss:
