| 921It’s easy to feel out of sorts these days, and our children are bearing the same stress we are, they are just perceiving and handling it differently. My good friend Dr Kathy Koch is sharing an exercise we can do to help our kids articulate what they are feeling and help them see that they are in control of something in their lives. Personally, I think it would be good for the whole family, and I took my own notes this time!
