Ryan is one of the world’s foremost thinkers and writers on ancient philosophy and its place in everyday life. He is a sought-after speaker, a strategist, and the author of many best-selling books, including The Obstacle Is the Way, Ego Is the Enemy, The Daily Stoic, and the number one NYT bestseller Stillness Is the Key. As a quick side note, Ryan is one of my all-time favorite authors so I am feeling extra special about this one. One of the books I just mentioned, The Daily Stoic, is a book I have been reading every single day for a few years now.

Our conversation today is all about Ryan’s brand-new book, Lives of the Stoics. The subtitle is The Art of Living from Zeno to Marcus Aurelius and as a lover of Stoicism, I devoured this book!
