In this episode, I would like to share with you the conversation that I had with one of my tenants. I’ve had a lot of tenants in the past, and I rarely talk to them now since my staff handles most of it but one day, I did a visit to one of my properties and had a conversation with this lovely man, and what he said about living in one of our properties really struck me and validates everything that I’m doing.
