Having spent 11 years in the United States Army and 5 years in law enforcement combined between local and federal agencies, a lot of time was missed to be a family man. Since 2011, Thaddeus had dabbled in business ventures within the aftermarket automotive industry. An opportunity came in 2017, and a decision had to be made in regard to continuing his law enforcement career or removing himself from a lifelong goal and pursuing a self-made business venture. With zero schooling in the subject of business, his practical knowledge and self-taught education as well as his tenacity for growth and willingness to take a plunge has led him to incredible success as an entrepreneur and a family man.
