S10EP03: Over obligated and under committed

Tim is a member of Transition Excellence, my program for helping high-level leaders becoming high-level coaches. He's in 3 different coach trainings and he's feeling a sense of sadness and guilt that he's not been playing full out in all of them. I help him have a new way of looking at things and the heaviness that has been weighing him down seems to evaporate.

Have you ever been distracted when coaching a client? Me, too. And in this episode, I get distracted by my camera that keeps auto-focusing on the back wall and not on me! But you'll see me catch my own distraction and speak it out loud to Tim. This enables me to immediately get present again.
