Lucidity is a scale and there are various levels of conscious awareness and dream control. By practicing mindfulness in our daily life, we can train our minds to become more lucid in our dreams. However, we need to remember that lucidity is a gift, and there is value in observing the dreams for what they are and trying to see the bigger message instead of always trying to control them for a certain outcome.
