Dr Ann Shivas joins me to discuss epigenetics.  Dr. Shivas studied Health Sciences, then moved to Australia to receive her Masters of Teaching, and continued to receive her Ph.D. in Philosophy. Ann has an in-depth background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and continues her studies in Ancient Medicines.   She recently finished a book titled I am Human Again

Ann has worked in the professional sporting world, optimizing professional athletes through recovery. She has helped thousands of people through her clinical work in personalized health and repatterning the mind.

Ann’s desire is for everyone to understand the body they live in.  It is her desire for everyone to understand how to live purposefully, pain-free and energetically, as well as connecting with the people around them.  She believes chronic stress, pain and disease can be eliminated through lifestyle changes.  She has created educational pathways for people to understand how they have been conditioned, and why these habits may not align with living purposefully.
