She's dropped more than 20 pounds in less than 10 months, all while intentionally eating more food to support a healthy metabolism, and find the elusive balance eveyone claims to be looking for when it comes to eating healthy, losing weight, and saying yes to foods and drinks that would've previously stalled our progress.
